As it has done for several years, the EIB will participate as a partner in the Convergences World Forum, held in Paris on 5, 6 and 7 September 2016. The Convergences World Forum is the place to meet, exchange and debate for experts and practitioners of public and private sectors, solidary, academic and media, all committed to sustainable development and reducing poverty. This 9th edition of the World Forum brings together more than 7000 participants around the theme «Successful transition towards sustainable cities and territories» which will focus on the three following pillars: ‘The challenge of tomorrow’s cities and territories’, ‘Focus on Sustainable Development Goals’ and ‘An economy at the service of the common good’.
