Die Europäische Investitionsbank (EIB) vergibt ein Rahmendarlehen von 100 Millionen Euro an die Deutsche Kreditbank (DKB), um in Deutschland Onshore-Windkraftanlagen und Fotovoltaikprojekte zu fördern. Mithilfe des EIB-Darlehens will die DKB mindestens 200 Millionen Euro für Unternehmen bereitstellen, die kleine und mittelgroße grüne Energieprojekte mit Kosten bis zu 50 Millionen Euro umsetzen.
Die Europäische Investitionsbank (EIB) beteiligt sich an der Modernisierung von Bildungseinrichtungen in Brandenburg mit 100 Millionen Euro. Der Rahmenkredit geht an die Investitionsbank des Landes Brandenburg (ILB), die im Auftrag des Landes Neubau, Modernisierung und Digitalisierung von Bildungseinrichtungen finanziert. Die Digitalisierungs-Investitionen umfassen dabei sowohl den Kauf von IT-Equipment als auch Angebote für IT-Training für Lehrer.
The European Investment Bank (EIB) is lending €40 million to German-Austrian PropTech GROPYUS to spur the construction of sustainable and affordable homes in Europe. PropTechs are property technology companies that address construction and real estate industry challenges with tech-based approaches and innovative business models. GROPYUS has developed a method of producing multi-storey wooden residential buildings using a process that is digitalised, fully automated and industrialised.
