Memorandum of Understanding for improving coordination in project financing between the European Investment Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank.
It should be noted that only the signed version of the Memorandum of Understanding is deemed authentic. The Spanish, German and French translations of the text having been prepared by the Bank for its own internal purposes.
The English version is the signed version. Please note that the document has been amended on November 29th, 2009.
