L’année dernière, les prêts accordés à Chypre par le Groupe Banque européenne d’investissement (BEI) ont atteint 257 millions d’EUR, un volume en hausse de 3 % par rapport à 2022. Ces nouveaux financements ont soutenu le renforcement de la compétitivité économique, l’atténuation des changements climatiques et l’amélioration de la vie quotidienne de la population.
La Banque européenne d’investissement (BEI) a annoncé la mise à disposition d’un montant total de 230 millions d’EUR à l’appui de deux projets essentiels à Chypre : un prêt de 100 millions d’EUR pour des investissements relatifs à la gestion des eaux usées dans trois grandes villes et un prêt de 130 millions d’EUR pour des investissements intelligents dans divers secteurs.
The European Investment Bank (EIB) today launched the sixth edition of its Climate Survey. These are some of the most striking results of this annual survey conducted in August and September 2023. Running since 2018, the EIB Climate Survey offers insights into the climate change-related views of people in major economies around the world, with more than 30 000 respondents in the European Union, the United States, China, India, Japan, the United Kingdom, UAE, Canada and South Korea. The EIB is the lending arm of the European Union and the world’s largest multilateral lender for climate action projects.
